The foreign Fulbright Program is applicable as part of the J1 visa for graduate levels or conducting research.

In order to apply for a Fulbright Program, it is essential to adhere to the application procedure. Applicants need to refer to their home country resources for availability of specific programs as well as relevant contact details. Depending on the particular country, various bi-national commissions, cooperating agencies as well as U.S. embassies supervise the programs. The candidate will need to contact the relevant authority in their country to start the process of application.
