9) Keeping a track on all marketing, propaganda and reviews that are connected to the brand.

1) It is essential for a brand manager to have excellent inter-personal skills as this is an important component to guarantee his success.
2) He or she must also be a creative, objective and strategic thinker.
3) Must have the ability to take risks that are calculative
4) Must be self-motivated and result oriented.
5) Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
6) Must have an analytic mind to be able to study various market conditions, researches and to be able to draw profitable conclusions from them.

Brand Manager Educational Qualifications and Experience
1) A bachelor’s degree is a must. It can be in a business or any related vertical.
2) 4 or more years of experience in the marketing field. 3 or more years of this should be related to product advertising, branding and communication.
Brand Manager Salary and Benefits
1) Average salary of a brand manager is approximately $95,000 per year. This may or may not include bonuses.
2) Bonuses at the end of every year, which can be equal to 10% of the salary.
