1) To be able to understand and collect all the business requirements of the client.

Business Analyst Knowledge and Skills
1) An understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into the clients requirements.
2) An understanding of .NET/J2EE/HTML/PHP/JS.
3) An understanding of analysis concepts, database design, SQL, UML and Microsoft Visio is an added advantage.
4) Excellent presentation, written and oral skills.
Business Analyst Educational Qualifications and Experience
1) An MBA for an institute of reputation.
2) Experience in dealing with customers and taking note of their requirements.
3) Prior experience in dealing with technical teams.
4) Prior experience in documentation and use of various software that the job may require.
5) Experience in drafting proposals.
Business Analyst Salary and Benefits
Business analysts earn $44,000 - $68,000 per year depending on the company that they are working for and the number of years of work experience that they have. In addition to this they also receive bonuses at the end of every year. This figure may be a percentage of their salary or it may depend solely on the company’s performance and the performance of the business analyst.
