2) Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software programs
3) Excellent mathematical skills
4) Knowledge of cost analysis and human work factors
5) Technical aptitude and ability to grasp multiple technologies
6) Influence at various levels of production
7) Knowledge of budgeting
8) Knowledge of best implementation practices
9) Knowledge of standard of quality as per state laws
10) Knowledge of blueprints
11) Knowledge of process mapping methodologies
Industrial Engineer Educational Qualification and Experience
1) Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science
3) 4 to 5 years experience in related environment
4) Experience in working with senior management to handle bigger projects
5) At least 2 years experience in industrial engineering
6) Experience of Lean and Six Sigma program is an added advantage
7) A certificate in PMP and Black Belt program is also an advantage
