Managing Director Educational Qualification and Experience
1) Masters degree in business, economics, engineering or any field that may be relevant to the organization they are applying for is the minimum requirement. A doctorate degree is helpful in organizations dealing with scientific work, research, or academic work.
2) MDs are achievers. Merely adding experience to a resume does not lead to this coveted position. One must have commendable achievement in one’s career to be considered for this position. Record breaking performance easily clears the way for a candidate to become an MD.
3) MDs have many additional qualifications in addition to their main qualification. For example, an engineer may add an MBA degree to become a manager and aim for the MD position later.
